I know firsthand what it feels like to hold everything together on the outside while quietly feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, burned out, or completely lost underneath it all. And I know what it feels like to carry grief so long it starts to feel like part of your identity. 

When life feels like a whirlwind and you’re barely holding on, it can be hard to believe things will ever feel better again. There’s a special kind of burnout that comes from carrying too much for too long while trying to keep going anyway.

My work is about helping you come back to yourself; to discover who you are — now. 

Through honest conversations, practical tools, and deeply human connection, I help people navigate burnout, grief, life transitions, and the heavy seasons that change us so they can begin to feel grounded, connected, hopeful, and fully alive again.

Sometimes we need space to talk things through and shift the way we see ourselves and our lives. Sometimes we need support calming an overwhelmed nervous system. And sometimes the body is carrying stress, grief, tension, and emotional heaviness long after the mind is ready to let go.

That’s why I blend mindset coaching, Indian head massage, and Reiki healing together in a way that supports the whole person, not just one piece of the puzzle.

Because true healing happens when the mind, body, and nervous system all feel safe enough to soften, release, and begin again.

The Comeback Circle

You were never meant to carry everything alone.

The Comeback Circle is a space for women navigating the messy, beautiful, exhausting, life-changing seasons that can leave us feeling overwhelmed, burned out, disconnected, grieving, or unsure of who we are anymore.

It takes a village to move through life’s hardest moments. A village to remind us who we are when we forget. A village to hold space while we rebuild, reconnect, heal, laugh, cry, breathe, and slowly find our way back to ourselves again.
