Week 1
Introduction and Safe Space: We kick off the journey by setting intentions and goals. This is where we uncover how to feel "unstuck" and where to go from there. |
Week 2
Anxiety Protocol: In our second week, we uncover the purpose of anxiety and ways we can keep it under wraps to really clear out the fog. |
Week 3
Burnout to Badass: The title really does say it all! We will be able to bring light to the badass warrior you truly are and put an end to the burnout you are feeling through tools and amazing group support. |
Week 4
Boundaries: A full walkthrough on how to spot when a boundary is needed and how to create them. This week will allow you to get that mindset shift and meaningfully say "no" when needed. |

Ring of Power: Finally we end on a super positive note and unearth your CONFIDENCE. We discover what is the ring of power and how you can use it in your day-to-day |
